The Eagles FC formerly know as Cunupia F.C. is a professional football club, based in Trinidad and Tobago. The team was founded in 2012 and currently competes in the Trinidad and Tobago Premier Football League (TTPFL),the top tier of soccer in the country. The team's colors are Blue, white and Black and their home matches are played at the Larry Gomes Stadium.
Formly in the second division of Trinidad and Tobago football ( The Super League), They became a Top flight team after being accepted to the then TT PRO LEAGUE in the 2019-20 season.
The team won the 2016 Super League (Championship division) title, beating University of Trinidad and Tobago to the title on head-to-head. The team was promoted to the premier division of the super league and finished third in their first year (2017)and won the Super League Cup in 2018 and was accepted to the top league in February 2019. In 2022 the team played in the Ascension League as Trinidad and Tobago did not have a professional league at the time. The team returned to the top flight for the 2023 season after COVID interrupted the TT Pro League.
The Eagles have quickly established themselves as a competitive team in the League.The team is known for its attacking style of play, with a focus on quick passing and movement off the ball. We have a strong core of local players, as well as several international players from countries such as Brazil, Colombia, and Nigeria and Haiti.
Off the field, The Eagles FC are committed to community outreach and development. The team regularly hosts soccer clinics and camps for local youth, and works with local schools and organizations to promote healthy living and physical activity.
